Appreciate people around u.

It is important to appreciate and recognise people around u. 

Susah sangat ke ko nak appreciate orang.
Rasa x lah sesukar mana. Yang paling susar adalah utk menentukan siapa yang patut dihargai. But when people do good pls la appreciate org tu. Yes, mmg la tekanan blh membuat orang lebih berusaha dan kuat bekerja tetapi manusia juga punya perasaan. Perlu dibajai dan disirami dengan penghargaan, penghormatan dan rasa kasih sayang sesama insan. Terlalu banyak stress tanpa pemahaman daripada pihak atasan akan menimbulkan stress dan lama-kelamaan wujud perasaan fed-up dengan kerja.

So boss,

Pls, when u look ur staff dah berusaha dan bekerja kuat tlglah hargai. 
Dan lagi pada zaman skrg ni, orang dah x guna pendekatan dgn cara kekerasan. 
Kalau kita x suka dimarahi dan of course org lain pon x suka. Kalau orang senyum pon, dalam hati berbuku dia curse ko lah.

Second, pls jgnlah cakap x serupa bikin. Saying u x kisah nk terima teguran tetapi br staff kemukakan pendapat ko dah amk hati gila2.

Third, people dont know what in ur heart, but for the time being awak tlh membuatkan staff awak ni terasa hati dan down. Do u think prestasi kerja boleh dipertingkatkan klu macam ni.

Ok that all, coz i feel to curse u every second now.
