air mata yang menitis
Don't judge people because we don't know what in their head.
People have a limitation of knowledge, a different thinking and perspective in their life based on their experience that they have going through. So, please do not expect that every people will have same thinking like u.
Sometimes, we need to be cruel to the one that we loved, just because we want the best for her/him. Being me, it's not simple though, to face the reality that i can't give happiness to everybody that i love, one that i can do is to choice the best of option when i need to choose the solution for myself that will effect the person/people that i luv . even though i't will make the person hurt and for me of course more.
i want every people that i luv happy, in hope i can share the happiness.

I want go to Perlis this weekend..yippiee.Where 2 go ya? Here are some list of interesting place located in Perlis
i. Gua Kelam : oh noo
ii. Wang Kelian Shopping Market : nooooo money to spend
iii. list below.. (huhu semput la nk membaco nyer, anyway..mcm x best jeee..huuu)
Kangar
Kangar is the capital of Perlis and the seat of government. It is located in the heart of the country’s “rice bowl” area and depending on the season, it is surrounded by lush green fields or golden yellow padi, ripe for harvesting. Although new buildings can be seen, Kangar retains much of its old world charm. Kangar is a small town with everything within walking distance. The major landmark of the town is the state mosque, Masjid Alwi.
Arau
The royal town of Arau is located 10km from Kangar, on the Peninsula’s main railway route extending northwards into Thailands. Of interest here is the imposing Istana Arau or Royal Palace, which boasts of classic architecture, and the Royal Mosque. Arau is the disembarkation point for visitors travelling by rail from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi. From Arau, taxis to Kuala Perlis, the point of departure by ferry to Langkawi, are available.
Perlis State Park
The park provides the perfect setting for activities such as caving, bird watching, jungle trekking and hiking. Species of animals such as the Stumped-tail Macaque and plants like ginger, ferns and balsams endemic to the state are found here. Visitors can stay in hotels and chalets or camp at the designated site. Those intending to visit are required to obtain permission from the Perlis State Park Management.
Gua Kelam Recreational Park
Situated within Kaki Bukit town, the highlight of this park is Gua Kelam, a 370-meter limestone cave which is filled with interesting stalactite and stalagmite formations. This well-lit cave is believed to have been hollowed out from a limestone massif by an underground stream over many eons. Located nearby is Gua Kelam II which is suitable for more experienced cavers.
Gua Wang Burma
The Wang urma Cave has unique and challenging chambers and shelters a large population of insects, bats, toads and other cave inhabitants. It is located north near the Bukit China Granite and tucked between Gua Kelam and the Perlis State Park. Those intending to visit are required to obtain permission from the Perlis State Park management and engage the services of a ranger or qualified guide.
Kuala Perlis
The major ferry terminal for visitors departing for Langkawi is located at the mouth of the Perlis River. The major activity found here is fishing and many superb seafood restaurants can be found in this small fishing town.
Herb Garden
Adjacent to the Bukit Air Recreational Park, on 12ha of land is the Herb Garden. Opened in 1998, this ethno botanical museum now contains over 1,000 species of herbs, spices and other medicinal plants of local and foreign origin. Here, visitors can learn about their uses and how to care for such plants as well as purchase them.
Padang Besar
Located along the border, this bustling town is a shoppers’ paradise where one can choose from a wide variety of produce, handicrafts and clothing. It is also a major stopover along the rail route between Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Chuping Sugar Cane Plantation
Named after Bukit Chuping, a limestone hill, the landscape here is dominated by 8,000ha of lush sugar cane plantations. The seemingly endless expanse of greenery is truly a sight to behold. Those intending to visit are required to obtain written permission from the Perlis sugar factory.
Snake and Reptile Farm
The farm was formerly a research facility set up to develop serums for snakebites. It has open air enclosures as well as closed exhibits and is home to over 20 species of snakes, crocodiles and monitor lizards.
Tasik Timah Tasoh
Lake Timah Tasoh is located along Sungai Korok, about 2.5km below the confluence of Sungai Timah and Sungai Tasoh. It is frequented by visitors who come to the lake to enjoy beautiful sunset views.
Tasik Melati (Melati Lake)
This picturesque man-made lake is the ideal place for boating and is favored as a picnic spot. It is also frequented by joggers as there’s a good jogging track with ample rest areas.
Royal Museum
The museum houses a collection of royal regalia such as headgears, Malay daggers, tiaras as well as swords which are used during royal ceremonies. Also highlighted here is the history of the Perlis Royal family. Those intending to visit are required to obtain permission from the Arau Palace officials.
Syed Alwi Mosque
This majestic 96 year-old mosque is also known as Masjid Alwi. It features Islamic and Malay architecture, and was once the Perlis State Mosque.
Harumanis Plantation
Come the month of May this 64.6ha plantation in the Bukit Bintang Agriculture Center will be flocked by mango lovers who come to purchase varieties of mangoes such as harumanis, mas indera, mas muda, chok anan and sala.
Kota Kayang Museum
The museum is situated close to what was historically a fortified area, which is marked by the mausoleums of two 16th century sultans of Kedah and the remnants of timbers that demarcated the burial sites. During the construction of the museum, several ancient artifacts dating back to at least 2,000 year old were discovered.
Dato’ Wan Ahmad’s House
A multi-stratum roof, beautiful woodcarvings and colorful panels adorn this charming wooden village house. This 70-year old structure once belongs to the late Dato’ Wan Ahmad.
Shopping, Dining and Entertainment
Travelers can shop for duty free items at Padang Besar or scour the local markets for interesting knick-knack and handicraft items. Alternatively, you can embark on a gastronomic adventure and sample local delicacies such as laksa perlis, a seafood noodle soup with rich, spicy and creamy fish gravy, ikan bakar or spicy grilled fish and Chinese seafood steamboat. The choice of eating places in Perlis range from hawker centers and air-conditioned restaurants to cafes and hotels, where western fare is also available.

Creating a KML-Enabled ArcGIS Server Map Service
(SOURCE FROM: http://tuoutreach.com/2009/09/08/lessons-learned-creating-a-kml-enabled-arcgis-server-map-service/)
Lessons Learned: Creating a KML-Enabled ArcGIS Server Map Service
Many GIS Specialists who create ArcGIS Server (AGS) map services know that you have the ability to enable KML capabilities when publishing an AGS map service from an MXD or MSD. A KML-enabled map service can be viewed in Google Earth.
So, when I was assigned a straightforward task: prove that an AGS map service and any attribute information associated with the map service’s features can be viewed in Google Earth, I immediately thought it would be a cinch. I already had a KML- enabled map service, so I assumed all I had to do was:
find the map service’s KML URL in the service’s capabilities tab under service properties using ArcCatalog
add this KML URL to Google Earth as a network link.
Unfortunately, following this process provided me with a blank map service in Google Earth. I knew I must be missing a step in creating a KML map service using AGS. After doing plenty of research, I discovered that when enabling the KML capability when publishing the map service the map service’s KMZ file is not automatically created on the ArcGIS server where the map service is located—-
Aha Moment, This is why I didn’t see a map when I added the map service’s KML URL in Google Earth as a network link. In order to actually create the necessary map service KMZ file and its associated URL (called a KML Network Link), one must log into the ArcGIS server where the map service resides using ArcGIS Server Manager and follow the steps outlined under the “How to create a new KML network link from a map service.” After following these steps, one can copy the map service’s newly generated KML URL and add it as a network link in Google Earth.
Now, I was able to view a dynamic AGS map service and any attribute information associated with the map service’s features in Google Earth. However, it’s important to note that I was working with a dynamic AGS map service, not a cached AGS map service. Cached KML AGS map services may display and function differently than dynamic KML AGS map services in Google Earth. I have not had a chance to investigate the advantages / limitations / capabilities of a cached KML AGS map service in Google Earth, but perhaps this will be my next blog topic. In the mean time check out how the Center for GIS is using these technologies to create solutions for our clients!

PERGERAKAN PLANET MARS DARI BARAT KE TIMUR
B
Sekadar utk pengetahuan bersama. Mungkin sudah sampai masanya kita renung dan muhasabah diri menanti saat2 tersebut.
Berita terkini dari NASA tentang Planet MARS yang kini dalam ujian dan kajian mereka.
MERM (MARS Exploration Rover Mission)-24th March 2004
The science of astronomy states that the speed of planet MARS has been decreasing in its course orbit toward the eastern direction in the few past weeks to the level we notice the "waver" between the east and the west, and on wednesday the 30th July 2004, expected the planet movement will stop going towards the eastern direction. Then in the months of August and September 2004, MARS will changed its course in the opposite direction to the west - and that until the end of September 2004. which means the sun will rise now from the west on MARS! This Weird phenomenon of the opposite movement called "Retrograde Motion". Most astronomy scientist states that all the planets in the universe will go through the same once at least and our planet EARTH is one of them. Plane! t Earth will move in the opposite direction someday and the sun will rise from the West!!! This might occurs soon and we are aware of it.
